The specific scope of any project will be outlined in a separate, formal agreement prior to the commencement of work.

All content currently on askor.in—including text, graphics, 3D assets, animations, and code—is the property of Askor and is protected by intellectual property laws. For client projects, Askor retains all rights to the underlying code, assets, and concepts until final payment is received, at which point rights will be transferred as detailed in your specific project contract.
4. User Responsibilities
When submitting an intake request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any project details or intellectual property you submit to us for review.
5. Limitation of Liability
Askor strives to deliver flawless, cutting-edge digital products. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, interruptions in service, or the implementation of our digital marketing strategies. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala.
